1. Website purpose

The website presents compatible refrigerator water filter replacements for importers, distributors, wholesalers, appliance brands and other business buyers. It provides product information and a way to request quotations or discuss OEM/ODM and private label projects. Sending an inquiry or receiving an RFQ reference does not place an order, confirm availability or create a purchase commitment.

2. Compatible replacement products

Brand names and model numbers are used for compatibility reference only. This website supplies compatible replacement filters and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the original appliance or filter brands.

Compatible replacement products are not presented as original-brand products. Brand names, trademarks and model references belong to their respective owners. Model references help identify products for discussion and do not by themselves establish compatibility with every appliance variant or a product's performance for a particular use.

3. Model and destination-market review

Before ordering, confirm the required filter reference, appliance application, specifications and packaging with us. Samples or further review may be needed to check fit and suitability. Buyers should identify their destination-market requirements, including labeling, product claims and documentation, so these can be considered before an order is confirmed.

4. Quotations and orders

Standard product MOQ: 180 pcs. Private label / custom order MOQ: 1,000 pcs.

The applicable quantity, product specification, price, payment terms, packaging, availability and delivery schedule must be confirmed for the project in writing. Website information is a starting point for an inquiry and does not replace a project-specific quotation or order agreement. Any changes to an agreed order must be discussed and confirmed in writing.

5. OEM/ODM, artwork and samples

Custom samples dispatched in 14 days after artwork approval.

OEM/ODM scope, sample specifications, packaging and the project schedule are confirmed for the selected model and requirements. The quoted sample schedule should identify the approved artwork and any other details needed to begin the work. The sample dispatch period does not include shipping transit time or determine the lead time for a subsequent bulk order.

Buyers must have the right to supply and authorize the use of their logos, designs, wording and other artwork. Final artwork, labels and packaging specifications require written approval before production. Revisions after approval may affect cost and timing and must be confirmed for the project.

6. Quality information and documents

Quality documents available on request.

Include the product model and destination market when requesting documents. Confirm the documents relevant to the selected product and intended claims before ordering. A standard reference or mark displayed on the website is not a statement that every product has the same certification, test results or permitted claims. Written project documentation controls the specific information supplied for an order.

7. Inquiry information and uploaded materials

Provide accurate contact and requirement information and share only materials you are authorized to submit. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or personal information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information and documents are handled.

8. Website content and acceptable use

Website content and third-party marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Request permission before reproducing content for commercial use. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, impersonate another person or use inquiry tools for spam or unlawful activity.

9. Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, Alibaba and other external services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies govern use of their platforms. Any platform-specific payment or order protections depend on the terms of the transaction completed through that platform; they do not automatically apply to an inquiry submitted on this website.

10. Website information and agreed responsibilities

Website information is provided for general business reference and may require confirmation or correction for a particular project. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Product warranties, inspection arrangements, remedies and responsibilities for a purchase should be stated in the applicable written order or contract. These website terms do not exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any choice of governing law or dispute-resolution arrangements for an order must be addressed in the applicable agreement, subject to mandatory law. This page does not designate a court, arbitration body or governing jurisdiction for an unconfirmed inquiry.

We may update these website terms. The date above identifies the latest version. An update to this page does not by itself change the terms of an existing written order agreement.
