1. Information we collect

• Inquiry and contact information: your name, company, email, country, WhatsApp number, business type and project type, together with the product models, quantities, customization and packaging requirements you provide.
• Messages and documents: correspondence and optional uploads, such as model lists, BOMs, product photographs and packaging artwork. Please send only information needed for your inquiry and information you are authorized to share.
• Inquiry records: an RFQ reference, submission time, the relevant page on this website, product references, attachment details and processing status. These help us follow up and avoid duplicate handling.
• Website and technical information: website usage information through Google Analytics, and request or network information processed by our hosting services to deliver and protect the website.

Required inquiry fields are marked on the form. Documents are optional; you can request a quotation without uploading a file.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry information to review requirements, discuss compatible models, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and packaging, and communicate about any resulting order. We also use operational records to track inquiries, resolve delivery problems, prevent misuse and improve website reliability. Website analytics help us understand how visitors use the site.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the basis depends on the activity: handling steps you request before an order, performing an agreed contract, legitimate business interests in responding to inquiries and operating a secure website, or meeting legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant activity; this policy is not itself a request for consent.

3. Service providers and inquiry handling

We use Cloudflare to serve the website and process online inquiry submissions. We use Google services to receive and record inquiries, store submitted documents and notify our sales contact by email. Inquiry details are recorded in Google Sheets; request records and uploaded files are stored in private Google Drive locations. Sales notifications include inquiry information and, when applicable, a link to the uploaded document.

Authorized personnel use these records to handle your request. Information may also need to be shared for an agreed order or with advisers or authorities where required by applicable law. Hosting, email, storage, analytics and messaging providers process information as part of delivering their services.

4. Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website usage. Analytics can use cookies and similar identifiers and process information such as pages visited, browser or device information and interactions with website links. Google explains these practices in its Privacy Policy and cookie information.

You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Browser settings and blocking tools may affect how analytics or other website features work. Avoid including sensitive personal information in links or inquiry documents.

5. International processing

Our business location is Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. If you contact us from another country, handling your inquiry may involve processing information in China and in countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws can differ between countries. Contact us if you need more information about the handling of your particular inquiry.

6. Retention

Inquiry and correspondence records are retained in connection with handling your request, following up on the business relationship, resolving issues and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and the purpose for which it is needed; there is no single retention period stated for every inquiry.

Records may exist in inquiry spreadsheets, document storage and email correspondence. Completion of an inquiry does not automatically remove all of these records. You can contact us to request deletion; we will review the request and any applicable obligations to retain relevant information.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may be entitled to withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Requests are assessed under applicable law, including any exceptions or obligations that affect the response.

8. Security

The inquiry system uses HTTPS, server-side validation and restricted access to inquiry storage. Technical diagnostic logs are designed to record request references, status and performance information without copying inquiry text or uploaded files into those logs. These measures do not guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

9. External services

WhatsApp and Alibaba are optional contact channels with their own privacy practices. When you choose a WhatsApp inquiry link, the message can include details you entered into the form so you can review and send them through WhatsApp. Selecting a file does not attach that file to the WhatsApp message; it must be shared separately if needed. Review the relevant provider's policy when using an external service.

10. Business audience

This website is intended for business buyers and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe information has been submitted by a child so we can review it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as website services or business practices change. The date above identifies the latest version published on this page.
